Jonny Bell
Jonny is the Founder of CREATE. An entrepreneur, speaker and podcast host, he is known for building businesses that challenge convention, solve real problems and create meaningful impact.
His journey began with Housemark, which he started from his two-bedroom apartment and grew organically into one of Australia's fastest-growing property management businesses, managing more than 3,000 properties. From there, he built a portfolio of specialist businesses that would ultimately become CREATE.
Jonny's leadership is grounded in a simple philosophy - help people live better lives. Whether building companies, developing leaders, speaking on stage or behind the microphone, his focus is on creating better businesses, better opportunities and lasting impact.
At just 29, Jonny was recognised in the AFR Young Rich List with an estimated net worth of $75 million. His businesses have also earned recognition through Deloitte's Tech Fast 50 Rising Stars, the AFR Fast 100 and numerous industry awards.
